Tardis Technology has been committed to providing ongoing upgrade services and maintenance support for software and hardware, for customers since our first implementation in 1994. This includes support for installations in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Tonga, Afghanistan, New Zealand and Australia.

Support Hours

Support is available from the Tardis Help Desk 5 days a week between the hours of 9am to 5pm (AEST).

The help desk is located within the Pacific region in Canberra, Australia and primary contact is usually by e-mail, or by telephone for more urgent issues.

Problem resolution is provided/organised commensurate with the problem being addressed. Resolution could entail advice and guidance, ‘return to base’ repair in Canberra Australia, or organisation of local hardware support personnel.

Tardis personnel have been trained in equipment repair by the original manufacturers, and all Tardis equipment repairs use guaranteed original parts sourced from the manufacturer.
